In addition, FANALCA S.A. security measures are in place to provide enhanced protection to data of children collected in a way that ensures respect for the prevalent rights of children and adolescents.  In any case, prior, express and informed authorization will be requested from the owner, guardian or representative of the minor before initiating the collection of personal data, as well as the purposes of such consent.

RIGHTS OF THE OWNER

The owner of the personal information has the right to: access the data provided free of charge; know, update and rectify your information; request proof of the authorization granted; Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) complaints after FANALCA S.A. violates the terms established by law to respond to the owner’s requests; revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of any data; refrain from answering questions about sensitive data (except with the data required in compliance with health emergency standards)or on minors.
